CheckIns are mandatory and will be held at the Landers Center on Friday, June 6, 5pm-7pm. Please bring a photo ID and your current NPC card.

If you are competing in a category that requires posing music, please upload your music to Muscleware before Thursday, 6/5 or bring your music on a USB thumb drive. NO CDS!
